Originally, the band was formed as Fatty Bread by Zoltán Marton (Maci) and Attila Szalai (Kecske) in 1998. A year later Péter Majdik (eMU) joined them and their name changed to The Cas!o Samples. December 2001 saw the release of their one and only official album, “Cutting Age”. Critics who managed to hear it were positive about the CD, but because the lack of independent music media in Hungary and its much needed support, the music reached a small audience only.
